Payment & Cancellation Policy
Deposit Policy
- 70% of total booking amount for two or more night bookings payable on booking date.
- The total outstanding balance toward your reservation must be paid ONE MONTH prior your arrival.
- If no deposit (70%) payment is made within one week after booking, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
- Damage Deposit per stay: R3000-R4000, pending on room size.
- Cleaning Fee per stay: R550-R850, pending on room size.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 - 8 weeks prior to arrival forfeit 50% of deposit.
- Cancellations 0 - 4 weeks prior to arrival forfeit 100% of deposit.
- Guests who don’t arrive on check-in day or walk out during their stay forfeit 100% of full booking amount.
- We reserve the right to not refund bank costs upon cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit initial deduction costs.
- All bookings are made without consideration of weather conditions. Cancellation due to weather conditions, will be treated as a normal cancellation.

- Natural Pool currently under constructions. Partial garden works during winter possible.
